Back-Ordered and Special Order Carpets

Our design collections feature size and colorway combinations which may be unavailable from time to time, or available only by special order.

To reserve or order a carpet which is not in stock, we request a 50% deposit, with the balance due prior to shipping the finished carpet. We will contact you to make final payment and shipping arrangements when the carpet is ready.

Weaving time varies with carpet size(s), but is usually completed 20-24 weeks from date of order.

A variance of up to 4% of the total dimensions, after finishing and blocking, is considered to be within the tolerable range, and such a variance will not render the carpet defective.

GuildCraft Carpets guarantees that it will use its best efforts to ensure that the carpet is produced as specified, within tolerance levels standard in the hand-knotted carpet industry. When, in the sole discretion of GuildCraft Carpets, after consultation with the client, a carpet does not comply with the specifications, taking into consideration the tolerances standard in the hand-knotted carpet industry, GuildCraft Carpets will refund or replace, at is sole discretion, any defective carpet.
